SkillStreaks Terms and Conditions

Age Requirement: You must be at least 18 years old (or the age of majority in your jurisdiction, if higher) to create an account and participate in SkillStreaks' skill-based challenges.

U.S. Only: SkillStreaks currently operates exclusively in the United States. You represent and warrant that you are physically located in a U.S. state that permits skill-based gaming with cash prizes. You are responsible for ensuring compliance with the laws of your specific jurisdiction.

State Restrictions: Some U.S. states may restrict or prohibit participation in skill-based gaming with cash prizes. By using the Platform, you acknowledge that you have reviewed your local and state laws to confirm participation is lawful. We reserve the right to restrict or prohibit access to our Platform in certain states if we determine it is required by law.

Account Creation: To access certain features of the Platform, you must create an account. During registration, you will be required to provide accurate, current, and complete information.

Account Security: You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for any activities that occur under your account. Notify us immediately at support@skillstreaks.com of any unauthorized access or breach of security.

Single Account: Each individual may create only one SkillStreaks account, which will be connected to one Stripe Connect account for payouts. Multiple accounts for the same user are not allowed and may lead to suspension or termination.

Free Trial: New users receive a 7-day free trial, during which you can access the Platform without providing payment details. After the trial, continued access requires subscribing to one of our paid tiers.

Subscription Tiers: We offer multiple subscription tiers. Each tier offers different levels of potential payout and competition grouping.

Payment Processing: All subscription payments are processed through Stripe. By subscribing, you agree to comply with Stripe's applicable terms and conditions and privacy policy.

No Refunds: We currently do not offer refunds for any subscription fees. You can cancel your subscription at any time, but you will not receive a prorated refund.

Skill Only: All games on SkillStreaks are designed to be entirely skill-based, with no chance or probabilistic outcomes. Each player receives the same initial conditions (seed) to ensure fairness.

Daily Challenges: You can play only once per day. The specific mini-game offered changes daily, and the next day's game is a surprise.

Leaderboard: Your daily performance will be recorded and displayed on a public leaderboard. The top N performers (where N scales with the number of subscribers in your tier) will receive a cash prize of M, which also scales accordingly.

Fairness and Randomness: Although these games have randomized elements (like game layouts), the randomization is uniform across all players, ensuring a level playing field. There are no hidden methods to influence or predict outcomes unfairly.

Daily Prizes: The prize distribution may vary day-to-day. Your daily performance directly affects your potential payout.

Account Balance: All cash prizes you win are deposited into your SkillStreaks account balance. You must have at least $5 in your balance to request a withdrawal.

Withdrawals: Withdrawals are processed through Stripe Connect. Stripe may require you to complete an identity verification (KYC) procedure. Any fees or processing times are governed by Stripe's terms.

Tax Responsibility: You are solely responsible for any taxes, including reporting and payment, arising from your participation and winnings.

Ownership: All content, trademarks, service marks, and logos on the Platform are owned or licensed by SkillStreaks.

Limited License: SkillStreaks grants you a non-exclusive, non-transferable license to access and use the Platform for personal, non-commercial use.

User Content: By submitting or posting content (e.g., gameplay videos, user feedback) to the Platform, you grant SkillStreaks a worldwide, royalty-free, irrevocable license to use, reproduce, modify, and display such content in connection with the Platform's operation and promotion.

Termination by SkillStreaks: We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to the Platform at any time for any reason, including violations of these Terms or suspected fraudulent activity.

Termination by You: You may terminate your account at any time by contacting support at support@skillstreaks.com. Upon termination, we will delete your personal data as set forth in our Privacy Policy, except where retention is necessary for legal obligations.
